Truly a Carb King!
This might not be the best avenue to begin my blogging "career" but I can't help myself. Last night, between the hours of 7 and 9, Keith Rome and I were working together on some documentation. Being as we were working at my house, I took it upon myself to offer him a "snack." I presented him with many options, a large bag of nacho style chips being one of them. My family tends to buy organic foods when we can so this was one of the options presented. As the eveing progressed I realized that Keith was very much enjoying his snack. As a matter of fact, he ate the entire bag without even offering me a single chip. Truly a remarkable feat by the Carb King himself, so much so I thought I would share it. Hopefully, future posts will cover more though provoking subjects.
